SRS Legal on €28M Beyond Vision funding round
SRS Legal has advised Indico Capital Partners and Lince Capital on a funding round of more than €28 million for Beyond Vision, a Portuguese company that develops technology for the defence, security and industrial sectors. ActiveCap also took part in the round, which is intended to strengthen the company’s industrial capabilities, speed up the development of artificial intelligence-based solutions and support its international expansion.
Founded in 2013, Beyond Vision develops unmanned aerial systems and autonomous technologies for civilian and military applications. The company is registered as a NATO supplier.
The SRS Legal team was led by Paulo Bandeira, partner, and Solange Fernandes, managing associate, both from the firm’s Startups practice.
