SRS advises Pathena on investment in fashion start-up

SRS Advogados advised Portuguese venture capital fund Pathena on an investment in HUUB, a fashion industry logistics startup.

The investment, which totalled €2.5 million, will be used by HUUB to fund technological development and international expansion.

HUUB is a logistics platform that manages the supply chain of brands which operate in the fashion industry on a worldwide scale.

The SRS Advogados team was led by partner Gustavo Ordonhas Oliveira and senior associate Francisco Martins Caetano.
