SRS advises Glartek and PVComplete on investment rounds

A SRS Advogados team led by Paulo Bandeira (pictured) advised start-up companies Glartek and PVComplete on investment rounds valued at €1.5 million and €1 million respectively.

Investors in software business Glartek included EDP Ventures, H Capital and Novabase Capital.

Meanwhile, EDP Ventures also invested in PVComplete, which is also a software company.

The SRS Advogados team advising the two startups also included associate Solange Fernandes.
