King & Wood Mallesons advises MCH on Talgo deal

A King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) team led by partner Germán Cabrera (pictured) advised MCH Private Equity on the sale of all its shares in Talgo, which represented approximately 9 per cent of the share capital.

The transaction was implemented through an accelerated bookbuild trade of shares process. The purchasers were several institutional investors.

Talgo is a manufacturer of trains and other rolling stock.
