SRS advises EGEO on acquisition of Under Pressure

SRS has advised EGEO on its acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Under Pressure – Technologies Lda. It is a company specialised in industrial cleaning using high pressure and chemical technologies.

At a time when EGEO is focusing on a new path of technological development, with several strategic investments underway, the combination of these companies’ businesses expands the portfolio of skills, products and services offered to its customers. In this way, EGEO intends to strengthen and expand companies, allowing them to become clear leaders in their respective industries and activities and in their technological solutions.

The advisory work included a due diligence phase followed by the negotiation and signing of a Sale and Purchase Agreement. The team, composed of several professionals from different areas of law, was led by Maria Paula Milheirão, partner of the Corporate M&A department, supported by Clara Andrade Coelho, lawyer from the same department.
