Squire Patton Boggs advises in the debt reorganisation of Grupo Transmisión
Squire Patton Boggs has advised a syndicate of spanish banks and financial institutions on the debt restructuring arrangements of Grupo Transmisión and its affiliates Gecón Industrial and Transmisión Gran Prix. Grupo Transmisión is one of the spanish leading groups in the manufacturing and distribution of industrial belt straps.
The transaction involved a debt restructuring proceeding and a reorganization through a complex asset sale process. The team was led by Madrid office finance partner Manuel Mingot, counsel Ana Bohórquez and associate David Calleja. AFI acted as financial advisor in the transaction and provided credit advisory through a monitoring report.
