HSF advises bd-capital on the acquisition of GreenSet and Padel Courts Deluxe
Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF) has advised bd-capital on the acquisition of GreenSet and Padel Courts Deluxe, creating the Rakit Group, a new global leader in tennis and padel courts.
Bd-capital is a specialist venture capital and private equity firm based in London, England.
