Squire Patton Boggs has advised Banyan Software on its acquisition of M3 Informática, a Madrid-based software company specialising in human resources and payroll management solutions for the Spanish public sector.
Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Madrid, M3 Informática develops SAINT, an HR and payroll platform designed specifically for the operational and regulatory requirements of Spanish public sector institutions. The company serves public administrations at national, regional and local level, with a particularly strong presence in the healthcare sector.
