SPB advises Corialis on purchase of Centro Alum

 Squire Patton Boggs has advised Grupo Corialis on the purchase of Centro Alum

pjimage 2022 01 14T093822.466Squire Patton Boggs has advised the Corialis Group, an entity owned by the Private Equity fund Astorg, and a European leader in the manufacturing of aluminum profiles and systems, on the purchase of 100% of Centro Alum, a Spanish company that design and distribute products derived from aluminum.

A spokesperson in a statement said: “The acquisition of Centro Alum is a strategic operation within the aluminum market on the European continent, and is part of the growth plan of the Corialis Group and its commitment to the Spanish market.”

The Belgian group Corialis has a long history of growth in the hands of venture capital. Last March 2021, Astorg bought Corialis from the British fund CVC Capital Partners, becoming its new majority shareholder.
