Ashurst advises ACS on sale of solar PV portfolio to Sonnedix

Ashurst Spain has advised ACS on the sale to Sonnedix, who were advised by Perez-Llorca

pjimage 2022 01 14T105657.996Ashurst Spain has advised ACS Servicios, Comunicaciones y Energía, on the sale to Sonnedix, of two 50MW operating solar PV plants. Each are located in Castilla-La Mancha and Caceres, Extremadura (Spain).

ACS provides construction and industrial services. The company focuses on development, construction, maintenance, and operation of energy, industrial, civil, and mobility infrastructures.

Sonnedix Power Holdings Limited (together with its subsidiaries, Sonnedix) is a global solar Independent Power Producer (IPP) delivering solar photovoltaic plants to the market. They develop, build, own and operate solar power plants globally, including over 1GW of photovoltaic power plants in operation, as well as several hundred MW under development, in Italy, France, Spain, USA/Puerto Rico, Chile, South Africa and Japan.
