Spain Justice resumes full activity

From today, the Spain Justice Administration comes back to full activity with the lifting of the suspension of the procedural time periods suspended by the state of alarm

 

The second additional provision of Royal Decree 463/2020 of March 14, on the suspension of procedural deadlines and time periods, which was adopted as a measure for the management, in the field of the Administration of Justice, of the health crisis caused by COVID-19, has been repealed.

The reactivation of the Judicial system comes, from the Ministry directed by Juan Carlos Campo, as an important step in the reconstruction phase of the country and as a key element in promoting economic recovery, after the health crisis generated by the COVID-19.
