Spain bar exam postponed sine die due to COVID-19

The Ministry of Justice has postponed sine die the bar exam, scheduled for March 28, as a measure of prevention and containment of coronavirus

As official sources confirmed, “since it is not possible to determine at this time the new date for holding the aptitude test, as it depends on the incidence of the Coronavirus, it has been agreed that the new test date will be published on the Ministry of Justice website, at least three weeks before the test.”

Bar exam attendees will be informed of the postponement of the exam through the MOJ website, email and the Bar Associations.
