Softbox advised by Andersen Tax & Legal on Tempack deal

Andersen Tax & Legal advised pharmaceuticals packaging company Softbox on the purchase of Barcelona-based Tempack.

Tempack manufactures packaging for the pharmaceutical industry as well as for the food delivery sector. It has operations in Spain, France, Germany, UK and Latin America.

The transaction involves the acquisition of five companies in five countries: Tempack Packaging Solutions (Spain), Tempack De Mexico (Mexico), Tempack De Colombia (Colombia), Tempack De Argentina (Argentina) and Tempack De Centroamérica (Panama).

The Andersen Tax & Legal included partners Jaime Espejo,Guillermo Yuste, María Olleros, Ignacio Aparicio and Alfredo Aspra.
