RyC advises SEPI on supporting Imasa with €35m

Ramón y Cajal Abogados (RyC) has advised SEPI on granting the Asturian engineering company Imasa public support amounting to 35 million euros, through a participatory loan and an ordinary loan, charged to the State Solvency Support Fund for Strategic Companies.

RyC partner Javier Menchén Calvo has led the financial, commercial, tax and labor teams that have advised on the deal together with Alfonso Carcamo and Cristina Vidal, commercial partners, David Díaz Villar and María Heredero Vidal.
