KPMG on the acquisition of 25% of Legends Collection Europe
KPMG has advised Liga Nacional de Futbol Profesional, the Spain based national football league, on the acquisition of 25% of Legends Collection Europe.
Liga Nacional de Futbol Profesional is a sports association made up of the clubs and sports limited companies that participate in the professional categories of the Spanish football league. It was created in 1984 and is part of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) although it has its own legal personality.
By this deal, Liga Nacional de Futbol Profesional acquires 25% of Legends Collection Europe, the local operator of football museum.
