Lucía Carrau Mínguez

Lucía has a multidisciplinary profile and experience in the field of entrepreneurship, digital business and the legaltech vertical, being an expert in commercial advice for fifteen years and having specialized in advising on technology projects and startups.

Experience

Graduated from the University of Law of Valencia, Master in International Trade Law by UNIR, Expert in Legaltech and Digital Transformation by the Complutense University of Madrid, Expert in Legal Operations (LO) by Esade, and Legal Project Management (LPM), she has extensive experience as a mentor of startups in various incubation and acceleration programs since 2016. Lucía specializes in advising companies associated with triple impact verticals (economic, social and environmental), Fintech, Insurtech and Legaltech through public and private accelerators (Las Naves of Valencia City Council, StartUPV, Innsomnia Accelerator among others), and is a lecturer in various postgraduate courses taught by law schools and business schools, as well as a regular speaker in talks on legaltech matters in various forums.

The project she will develop at RSM will focus on strengthening the area of digital law and developing legaltech consulting in the Valencian Community, reinforcing the firm’s positioning in the entrepreneurship and innovation sector, as well as creating synergies and developing projects between traditional sectors by connecting entrepreneurial talent, startups and investors.
