RSM advises Affidea on acquisition of three polyclinics

RSM has advised the Affidea Group on a new strategic acquisition in Madrid. This purchase strengthens Affidea’s leading position in the provision of diagnostic imaging and outpatient care services. RSM, together with Vasalto, has been involved throughout the process, carrying out financial, legal and tax due diligence, as well as legal advice until the closing of the transaction. The acquisition was for three polyclinics in Madrid: Centro Infanta Mercedes, El Mirador and Radiodiagnóstico Colmenar Viejo.
