CMS advises MedVida on the acquisition of Metropolis
CMS has advised MedVida on the acquisition of the life insurance business of Metrópolis. By this deal, Mediterráneo Vida de Seguros y Reaseguros has acquired the life insurance business of Metrópolis, a national insurance and reinsurance company.
This is MedVida’s second transaction in 2022 after closing the acquisition of CNP Partners last May. Following these acquisitions, it will double the size of its balance sheet to manage total investments of close to €5,000m.
