AdCE advises on acquisition of Clube VII
Antas da Cunha ECIJA (“AdCE”) advised a group of Portuguese investors on the acquisition of “Clube VII”, from the British company Pacific Investments Management Limited.
The multidisciplinary team that accompanied this transaction was led by partner Henrique Moser (pictured) and included, among others, lawyers Carolina Meireles and Mariana Carvalho.
The transaction involved the purchase of the shares representing the share capital of the companies that make up “Clube VII” and involved the intervention of AdCE in the general planning of the transaction, carrying out Legal Due Diligence of the companies that make up the “Clube VII” Group and in the preparation, review and negotiation of all the necessary documentation, in particular the purchase and sale agreement for the shares.
Clube VII” is a well-known gymnasium/health club located in the heart of Parque Eduardo VII, in Lisbon, with several tennis and paddle courts, a 25m swimming pool and gymnasium, among other leisure facilities.
