Romá Bohorques hires two partners from Estudio Jurídico Carlos Pascual

Valencian law firm Romá Bohorques has integrated two new partners from Estudio Jurídico Carlos Pascual.

Carlos Pascual Vicens (pictured) will lead Romá Bohorques’ insolvency disputes team. His expertise includes bankruptcy cases, as well as commercial and civil litigation.

Meanwhile, Jorge García Pascual, will lead the firm’s commercial and banking teams. His expertise includes mergers, cross-border deals, company restructurings, and bank refinancing.

According to Pablo Romá, managing partner of Romá Bohorques, the new hires will enable the firm to offer clients high quality commercial, litigation and banking advice: “We had detected demand among our clients in these areas, which require professionals with the relevant experience.”
