RocaJunyent advises Banca March on Ecoener’s landmark
RocaJunyent has advised Banca March in its role as placement agent on the €15 million mandatory convertible bond issuance by Grupo Ecoener, which will be listed on the Mercado Alternativo de Renta Fija (MARF).
The transaction marks a milestone for the Spanish capital markets, as it is the first convertible bond issuance to be admitted to trading on MARF since the market was established in 2013.
The issuance, with a total nominal value of €15 million, provides Ecoener with an alternative financing instrument while reinforcing MARF’s role as a platform for innovative capital markets transactions. For Banca March, the deal further strengthens its activity in the structuring and placement of capital markets instruments.
