Hogan Lovells Cadwalader advises on Omega sale

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised Starwood Capital Group on the divestment of Omega Business Park, an office complex located in Alcobendas, on the outskirts of Madrid. The buyer in the transaction is Square Asset Management.

The asset changes hands amid continued investor interest in office properties located in strategic areas of the Spanish capital.

The Hogan Lovells Cadwalader team was led by Orson Alcocer, partner, and Andrés Candela, counsel. They were supported by associates Paloma Martín, Miguel Getino and Pelayo San Martín from the firm’s Real Estate practice. The Banking & Finance side of the deal was handled by Carlos Mejide, counsel, together with associates Michael Withers and Miguel García-Nieto.
