RLD advises Viamed Salud on acquisition of Madrid hospital

RLD advised Viamed Salud on the acquisition of the Virgen de la Paloma hospital in Madrid.

The hospital will operate under the name Viamed Virgen de la Paloma hospital and will continue to be run by the current management team.

Viamed Salud plans to invest more than €10 million with the aim of modernising the hospital – there are plans to expand the site by 2,000 square meters.

Grupo Viamed has a turnover of around €150 million and a network of 25 health centres, which includes hospitals and polyclinics throughout Spain.
