Ramón y Cajal has advised Transindustrial Partners on the acquisition of a logistics platform in Vitoria. The firm assisted Transindustrial Partners – an investment vehicle backed by REIT GreyMile and promoted by Grupo Lar and Azahar Capital – in the acquisition of a last-mile logistics platform in Vitoria, which is subject to a long-term lease with XPO Logistics.

The transaction highlights the continued attractiveness of the logistics sector to investors and the importance of high-quality assets in strategic locations.
