Ramón y Cajal hires Miguel García Stuyck from Hogan Lovells

Ramón y Cajal has recruited corporate and capital markets lawyer Miguel García Stuyck from Hogan Lovells.

He will join Ramón y Cajal as a partner. Stuyck was a counsel at Hogan Lovells.

Stuyck spent 13 years at Hogan Lovells, prior to that he was an associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

His expertise includes providing commercial and regulatory advice to financial institutions.
