Ramón y Cajal advises ATP on Mondragon Assembly integration

Ramón y Cajal Abogados has advised ATP Engineering & Packaging on its integration into Mondragon Assembly. This transaction strengthens Mondragon Assembly’s presence in the food packaging sector and allows ATP to join a well-established group with an international outlook.

The deal involved the Barcelona M&A team, led by partner Álvaro Bertrán (pictured) and including Martí Roselló Camps and Pol Candela, with the collaboration of partner Luis Briones.
