CMS advises Atland IM on €15.4m Tarragona deal

CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has acted as legal advisor to Atland IM on the acquisition from Aliseda of a 22,000 sq m industrial warehouse in Tarragona, in a transaction valued at €15.4m.

The deal adds to Atland IM’s recent activity in Spain. Over the past year, the French fund has completed other acquisitions including logistics assets in Valencia and Riudellots de la Selva (Girona), as well as the purchase of the Puerta del Ave shopping centre in Ciudad Real.
