Ramón y Cajal advises Amper on Proes Consultores deal
Ramón y Cajal Abogados advised Amper on the acquisition of 65% of Proes Consultores, an engineering and architecture consultancy firm 100% owned by Euroconsult Group
Amper has closed the deal after investing 1.46 million euros in a capital increase carried out by the engineering and architecture consultancy firm, as reported by the technology company to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
The team from Ramón y Cajal was led by partners Amado Gimenez (pictured left) and Cándido Pérez (pictured right) and included lawyer María Paloma Asegurado.
