Cuatrecasas acts for Elecnor on partnership agreement with APG

Elecnor and Dutch fund APG have signed a strategic alliance for the development and joint investment in renewable energy projects other than wind power

This operation, which was signed last 7 November, implies the entry of APG, with 49%, in the capital of Celeo Concesiones e Inversiones, thus becoming jointly managed by Elecnor and APG.

The Cuatrecasas team that offered legal advice to Elecnor included partners Federico Roig (pictured) and Andrew Ward, senior associate Marcos García and lawyers Carlota Tojo and Alexandre Picón.

APG was advised by Uría Menéndez.
