RYC advises on JV BUENDÍA ESTUDIOS creation

Ramón y Cajal Abogados has advised Atresmedia and Telefónica on the Competition and Commercial aspects related to the creation of JV BUENDÍA ESTUDIOS

This new business has been created with the aim of becoming a reference studio in the creation and production of audiovisual content in the Spanish language.

The operation was unconditionally authorized by the European Commission on June 17.

Ramón y Cajal’s team was led by Competition partner Pedro Suárez (pictured right) and Commercial partner Alberto Alonso (pictured left), and also included Commercial of counsel Antonio Roncero and senior Competition associate Pablo González de Zárate.
