CHR Legal signs José Ignacio Parellada as partner

CHR Legal has signed former PWC Tax & Legal Commercial partner, Ignacio Parellada

Parellada (pictured) joins CHR LEgal from PwC Tax & Legal where he has been a partner since 2017.

He has more than 20 years of professional experience as a practising lawyer, providing legal advice to both national and multinational companies in the areas of Commercial, Contractual and Corporate Law, in Corporate Restructuring (Mergers, spin-offs, etc.), Acquisitions and Due Diligence processes, Contracting and Legal-Corporate advice.

He graduated in Law from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia and holds an LLM in Business Law from the University of Exeter (England) and PADE from IESE.

From 1995 to 2007, he was part of the legal and tax team of KPMG Abogados, and before that, from 2007 to 2017, he was a founding partner and director of Ramón y Cajal Abogados Barcelona office.
