PwC Legal hires Bankinter’s former compliance director

PwC Tax and Legal has hired Bankinter´s former director of compliance, Javier Cano, as a partner.

 

Cano, who has a law and economics degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, specialises in the field of financial regulation.

In addition to formerly being head of Bankinter´s compliance department, he also worked for the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) between 2000 and 2010.

PwC Tax and Legal in Spain generated revenue of €153.5 million in 2017.
