PwC advises family group on incorporation of HYLE INVEST

PwC Tax & Legal has advised a family group on the incorporation and registration of HYLE INVEST SCR

A family group based in Valencia, dedicated to the design, manufacture and marketing of products for the furniture, carpentry, hardware and DIY sectors, has incorporated and registered with the CNMV, the venture capital company HYLE INVEST SCR.

HYLE INVEST SCR has appointed Arcano Capital SGIIC SA, which has been involved in the incorporation and registration of the SCR, as management company of the entity, Bankinter as Depositary and PwC Auditores as auditor of the SCR.

PwC Tax & Legal, from its offices in Valencia and Madrid, has advised the family group on the process of incorporation, transformation, contribution of assets and regulatory registration procedures. The process counted on the participation of David Marco (pictured top left), partner in charge of TLS Levante, Iván Echevarría (pictured top middle), director of Legal in Valencia and Borja Escrivá (pictured bottom left), senior manager of Tax in Valencia. The team fom PwC also counted on the specialists in Financial Regulation in Madrid, Javier Cano (pictured bottom middle) and Joaquín Alegre (pictured right), partner and senior manager of that area, respectively.
