PRA launches project on the legal sector’s future
PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados kicks off the year with the launch of iGenerator, a project designed to explore the themes revolutionizing the legal and technological landscape. A group of 17 lawyers will work on subjects such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the Metaverse, applicated to the legal sector.
“The iGenerator was created and designed for us to dive into cutting-edge topics that are shaping both the present and future of our field. In this context, we are focused on addressing issues that are making waves in the legal world – and beyond – and that are revolutionizing how law is practiced and interpreted. It is therefore crucial that we stay ahead of this transformation”, says Miguel Miranda, managing partner at PRA.
The group is divided into four strategic areas: cryptocurrencies, led by partner Daniel Torres Gonçalves; blockchain and Metaverse, coordinated by partner Gonçalo Gil Barreiros; startups and entrepreneurship, led by Joana de Sá; and AI, with senior associate Pedro Rebelo Tavares as coordinator (all pictured from left to right).
Each team has been formed with the goal of anticipating trends, developing strategies, and proposing innovative solutions—creating a space for discussion and brainstorming that turns industry challenges into opportunities.
