PLMJ advises the sale of supermarkets to Savills IM

PLMJ advised on the sale of a portfolio of four supermarkets to Savills IM, which was completed earlier this month. The supermarkets, leased to Continente, are located in Lourel, Leça do Balio, Loulé, and Mafra. On the PLMJ side, the team was led by Ricardo Reigada Pereira, co-coordinator of the real estate and tourism department, and included associates Tamara Martins da Fonseca, Rita Neves Machado, and trainee António Moura Sobral (all pictured from left to right).
