Auren strengthens its legal team in Murcia with the incorporation of Rita Lopez-Alascio

Auren continues to strengthen its team with the incorporation of Rita López-Alascio Torres, an expert lawyer in administrative, urban planning and tax law, in its Murcia office.

Carlos Moral, partner of Auren Legal in the Murcia office has highlighted that “Rita’s experience reinforces Auren’s capacity to offer legal solutions in essential areas for business and social development in the Region”.

With more than 15 years of experience in the public and private legal field, Rita has worked as legal manager at the Sociedad Pública del Suelo y Equipamientos Empresariales de la Región de Murcia (2008-2013) and, since 2015, has practiced as an independent lawyer with her own office. Her specialization covers key areas such as urban planning, taxation, water law, expropriations and sanctioning and contentious-administrative proceedings.

Rita holds a degree in Law from the University of Murcia and a Master’s Degree in Tax Consultancy and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate and Urban Planning Studies, both from ENAE Business School.

For her part, Rita López-Alascio has expressed her excitement in this new stage, “it is a pride to join the Auren team to contribute with my experience to help clients overcome their legal challenges and achieve their goals”.
