The PLMJ team was coordinated by Inês Pinto da Costa (pictured top left), partner in the Corporate M&A area, Célia Vieira de Freitas (pictured top right) senior consultant and Rúben Brigolas (pictured bottom left) coordinating associate from the same team. It also had the participation of Januário Macamba (pictured bottom right), among other lawyers from a multidisciplinary team from PLMJ Colab.

According to Manuel Violas, chairman of the Board of Directors of the Super Bock Group: “It is with great satisfaction that we announce the return of the brand to Angola, a country inseparable from the company’s internationalisation programme. Above all, a moment that makes them happy, because Cristal and Super Bock beers serve Angolans who have always recognised the excellent quality of these two brands and the value of both at relevant moments in their daily lives. This partnership also marks the contribution we will once again make to the country’s economic and social development.”

Diogo Caldas, CEO of Refriango, said: “With this partnership, we guarantee access to international brands that meet consumer tastes, allowing for a diversified choice for various consumption occasions, as well as celebrating another bridge to Angola, another path that we want to open up to the growth of the Angolan economy and development of the country.”
