PLMJ advises on retail park sale in Barreiro
PLMJ has advised on the sale of a retail park, in Barreiro. The transaction marked the largest ever in Portugal for a single retail park. PLMJ provided legal counsel to AM Alpha in the sale of BPlanet to Redevco. The retail park, located in a strategic position, between Lisboa and Setúbal, boasts a gross leasable area of 35,000 m².
The operation was led by Ricardo Reigada Pereira (pictured), co-coordinator partner of the real estate and tourism department. The team also included attorneys Hélder Santos Correia, Tamara Martins da Fonseca, and Beatriz Paredes, all from the same department, as well as André Abrantes, who contributed expertise from the banking, finance, and capital markets departments.
