PLMJ advises on joint venture between Europi and Bedrock Capital
PLMJ has advisesd on the joint venture between Europi and Bedrock Capital on the acquisition of Real Estate assets from Norfin
PLMJ has advised on the joint venture between the Swedish Europi Property Group and Bedrock Capital, on the acquisition of logistical Real Estate assets from Norfin.
The assets are located in Cartaxo and in Alverca do Ribatejo, and one of the properties is fully rented out by a company in the Sonae group.
Europi Property Group is a pan-European Real Estate investment company with offices in London and Stockholm, investing discretionary capital across all sectors with a flexible investment strategy. Europi has completed transactions of more than €500m gross asset value since inception in 2019, alongside an established partner network.
Bedrock Capital Partners is an independent Real Estate asset manager and advisor, specialised in Real Estate investments in the Portuguese market.
The team that led the operation was headed by Sofia Gomes da Costa (pictured top left), a partner in PLMJ’s Real Estate and Tourism practice area, with assistance from lawyers in the same team: managing associate, Sofia Coutinho, (pictured top right) and senior associates, Sérgio Teixeira (pictured bottom left) and Fernando Costal Carinhas (pictured bottom right).
