Pinto Ribeiro reinforces Litigation area
Mariana Magalhães is the latest addition to Pinto Ribeiro Advogados, joining the Litigation and Arbitration team, led by Nuno Lucas.
Magalhães has relevant experience in the area of litigation, namely in the monitoring of civil, commercial and corporate litigation processes. She also has experience in the preparation and negotiation of civil and commercial contracts. She advises clients in various sectors such as insurance, real estate, construction and healthcare.
Mariana Magalhães moves from Amaral Cabral & Associados, where she worked for the last three years. She started her professional career in 2017 at Campos Ferreira, Sá Carneiro & Associados, first as a trainee and then as a lawyer.
She holds a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University. Since 2020, she has been a guest assistant at this Faculty, teaching the subjects of General Theory of Civil Law and Real Rights.
