Pinto Ribeiro Advogados has advised on the sale of Warpcom to the Spanish group Evolutio
Pinto Ribeiro Advogados has advised on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Warpcom SA, by the Spanish group Evolutio Cloud Enabler.
Warpcom, a spin-off company of the former Dimenson Data, has experienced in recent years, an exponential growth as a market-leading technological integrator in the development of end-to-end solutions in the areas of Networking & Infrastructure, Collaboration & Customer Experience, Data Center & Multi Cloud and Cybersecurity. The company started its internationalisation expansion in 2017, to the Spanish market.
A spokesperson said: “With this integration, Evolutio Cloud Enabler aims to create natural synergies between the two companies, in a joint and integrated approach to the Iberian market, strengthening its leadership position in the same and adding to its consolidated presence in Spain the work developed by Warpcom in the its offices in Lisbon, Porto, Faro and Funchal and its team of more than 130 professionals.”
