Pinsent Masons advises Nexxus Iberia on Shop&Roll acquisition
Pinsent Masons has advised Nexxus Iberia on the acquisition of shopping basket and trolley manufacturer Shop&Roll from Buenavista, executed through its portfolio company Creaciones Marsanz.
This transaction follows Pinsent Masons’ previous advisory work for Nexxus Iberia, including its initial investment in Creaciones Marsanz in 2024 and the firm’s first add-on acquisition in 2025, with the purchase of Portuguese company Joalpe, a specialist in baskets, wheels, and visual merchandising solutions.
