Pinsent Masons advises Resilience Partners on business school acquisition

Pinsent Masons has advised Resilience Partners on the acquisition of Escuela Europea de Dirección y Empresa (EUDE), in an investment through its DOCEO Continuation Vehicle. The transaction aligns with Resilience Partners’ strategy of backing small and medium-sized enterprises with established business models and long-term growth plans through flexible financing structures, according to Pinsent Masons.

Resilience Partners is supported by institutional investors and family offices. The transaction has also received backing from the European Investment Fund (EIF), part of the European Investment Bank (EIB) Group, via the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI), reflecting institutional support for companies with growth potential.

Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Madrid, EUDE is a postgraduate education provider offering a wide range of programmes in online and on-site formats. The institution has expanded its student base and consolidated its presence in key markets, particularly in Latin America and Europe. The investment will support EUDE’s next phase of development.

The Pinsent Masons team was led by Francisco Aldavero Bernalte (partner), together with Juan Yago Hernández–Canut Cano and Koldo González Morán (associates). The finance team was led by José Millán (partner), alongside Pedro Gila (associate). The tax team also took part in the transaction, including Gonzalo Gil (partner) and Isabel Elena Wimmer (associate).
