A project aligned with Vision 2030
Pinsent Masons’ expansion into Saudi Arabia marks a significant milestone in its growth strategy in the Middle East, reinforcing its commitment to regional and international clients. The move also aligns with the emerging opportunities of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 program. With a well-established presence in Qatar and the UAE, Pinsent Masons has played a key role in major projects in the region. Similarly, Alsabhan & Alajaji has built a strong reputation within the Saudi Arabian legal sector.
Catherine Workman, partner responsible for the Middle East at Pinsent Masons, commented: “This is an exciting new chapter for both our firm’s presence in the Middle East and our many clients in the region. The Saudi government’s ambitious Vision 2030 program is creating new opportunities for domestic and international investors, while transforming the Kingdom’s legal and regulatory landscape.”
“We are proud of the launch and warmly welcome Ibrahim Alajaji and his team to Pinsent Masons. We also look forward to continuing our strong and successful partnership with Naif Alsabhan, whose leadership has been instrumental to our success in the country and without whom this development would not have been possible.”
Strengthening the transactional practice in Saudi Arabia
Ibrahim Alajaji, managing partner of Pinsent Masons Saudi Arabia, added: “Our collaboration has enabled us to offer top-tier legal services in Saudi Arabia, and this new structure strengthens our ability to do so. It positions our transactional team to provide even greater value in the Saudi market, while actively supporting the country’s economic transformation.” “In addition, this move presents a multitude of opportunities for Saudi legal talent. Young professionals will have the opportunity to participate in high-value transactions and complex legal matters within a leading international law firm. Through a structured training program they will develop their expertise in the country’s ever-evolving legal and regulatory landscape.”
Naif Alsabhan, Managing Partner of Alsabhan & Alajaji, commented, “We have built strong relationships with clients across the Kingdom, and Alsabhan & Alajaji will continue to expand its Litigation and Legal drafting practices. This new phase will enable us to better support both domestic and international companies operating in the country.” “The launch of Pinsent Masons Saudi Arabia and Alsabhan & Alajaji reflects the success of our alliance over the years. This next stage propels us to achieve even greater success.”
