Pinsent Masons advises Atrys Health on IMOR deal

Pinsent Masons’ Madrid office advised Atrys Health on the acquisition of Institut Médic d’Onco-Radioterapia (IMOR).

Atrys Health is a Spain-based developer of tools for the diagnosis and treatment of oncological and pre-cancerous diseases.

IMOR, based in Barcelona, specialises in oncology treatment and provides oncological radiotherapy and brachytherapy services.

The deal value was not disclosed, though it was revealed that the payment will be made through a combination of cash and shares.

The team from Pinsent Masons was led by partner Inmaculada Castelló (pictured), and included senior associate Gabriela Camuñas and lawyer Lorenzo Morejón.
