Pérez-Llorca strengthens its ICM area

Pérez-Llorca has reinforced its International Capital Markets are with the incorporation of senior associate Antonio Arenas Torres

Antonio joins Pérez-Llorca from Allen & Overy Madrid office Banking and Finance department, where he started in 2013. That year he also spent his internship with the Corporate team of A&O Munich.

He is experienced in Debt Capital Markets and Financial Regulation matters. He specialises in International Capital Markets advising on several transactions relating to both equity and debt issues, particularly being involved in most “AT1” and “Senior Non-Preferred” debt issues in the Spanish market since 2016.

He has also gained deep experience in Financial Regulatory providing legal advice in connection with collective investment schemes, investment services, credit institutions, Private Equity, stock options, shareholding disclosure, passports and settlement of branches and supervision and disciplinary proceedings of financial entities and investment firms. Likewise, he has broad experience in solving businesses problems through Financial Restructuring and alternative Financial solutions.

Arenas Torres (pictured right) is a member of the Spanish Bar Association, the European Bar Association and a member of the Spanish Economist Scholar Association.

He graduated in Law and Business Administration & Management from the Universidad Carlos III, and he holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
