Pérez-Llorca incorporates Cristina Vidal as a partner

Pérez-Llorca continues with its strategy of growth with the incorporation of Cristina Vidal, former partner of Ramón y Cajal, as a new partner in the financial services area in Madrid.

Julio Lujambio, executive partner of Pérez-Llorca, said: “Cristina’s incorporation reinforces our commitment to talent and excellence. Her experience and deep knowledge of the financial sector will allow us to continue offering our clients the highest quality advice in an increasingly demanding regulatory environment”.

Cristina Vidal

Vidal, a recognized expert in financial regulation and securities markets, joins the firm in view of the growing demand for specialized advice from national and international clients in a context of increasing regulatory complexity.

The lawyer has more than 20 years’ experience in the sector and extensive experience in advising financial institutions, fund managers, insurance companies and FinTech companies on regulatory matters, compliance and corporate governance.

In addition, she joins the team currently formed by partners Josefina García Pedroviejo, in Spain, and Inês Palma Ramalho, in Portugal, to guide financial institutions, fund managers, payment institutions and market infrastructure providers in their operations and projects in the Iberian Peninsula.
