Zadal advises on the sale of Core to Ayesa Ingeniería

Zadal, a law firm specialized in M&A, commercial-financial and tax, has advised Miguel Tapia Gordon in the negotiation and execution of the sale to Ayesa Ingeniería of the entire share capital of CORE, a company specialized in project management with a focus on sectors such as hospitality, residential, offices, health and energy, which stands out for the application of Lean Construction methodologies, optimizing costs and execution times.

Core is thus integrated into Ayesa Ingeniería, a leading group in technology and engineering worldwide, with 14,000 professionals and direct presence in 23 countries in Europe, America, Africa and Asia, which reinforces with this acquisition its presence in the real estate and data center sectors.

The Zadal team in charge of advising the seller in this transaction has been led by the M&A partner, Victoria Vilar, with the support of the associate Nicolás Rodríguez.
