Evergreen incorporates Marta González Araña as a new finance partner
Evergreen Legal continues to consolidate its growth with the incorporation of Marta González Araña, from CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo, as a new partner in the finance area, led by Alberto Campo and Yurena Medina, which now totals seven specialized professionals.

As the firm explained in a statement, with the addition of this partner, Evergreen Legal not only expands its team, but also strengthens its market positioning, providing a more global and multidisciplinary approach in financial advice to both financial institutions (banks and direct lending funds) and financed, institutional investors and other sponsors.
Marta González Araña has more than 13 years of experience in the legal sector, and joins Evergreen Legal after more than 11 years at CMS. She specializes in structured financings, with a particular focus on real estate financings, project finance, TMT, restructurings, venture debt and sustainable financing. Her expertise complements the capabilities of the team, which will allow the firm to offer even more comprehensive advice to its clients.
Ms. González holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and an Executive Master in Corporate Finance & Law from ESADE.
