Hogan Lovells advises Acon Investments on the sale of Vitalis

A multidisciplinary team from Hogan Lovells in Madrid, led by the Private Equity department, has advised the investment firm Acon Investments on the sale of its stake in the Vitalis group, a leader in the manufacture and sale of injectable pharmaceutical products, to Laboratorios Sanfer, a leading Mexican pharmaceutical company and one of the largest players in the pharmaceutical sector throughout Latin America.

Graciela Llaneza, partner in the private equity practice, together with the support of senior associates Hugo Muñoz and Carlos Beltrán, as well as the intervention of Alejandro Moscoso del Prado counsel from the tax department, has led the advice under Spanish law on the transaction.
